In short
İlaç Saati reminds you when to take your medicines. Everything you enter is stored only on your phone. The app sends no data to us or to anyone else. There is no account, no advertising and no analytics.
Data stored on your phone
- Medicine names, form, strength, intake instructions and your notes
- Alarm times, snooze preferences and time names
- Your intake history ("Taken", "Skipped", "Missed" records with times)
- If you turn on the Water section: your water log, daily goal and reminder interval
- App settings (language, easy view, snooze length)
This data lives in a local database inside the app's private storage on your phone, protected by your screen lock and the system's storage sandbox. The app is excluded from Android backup, so data does not move to a new phone. Uninstalling the app deletes all data. You can also delete medicines and records inside the app.
Lock screen: When an alarm rings, the alarm screen shows the medicine's name and dose even while the phone is locked; anyone who can see your phone can see this information.
Data not collected
No identity, location, contacts, camera, microphone or health-platform (Health Connect) data is collected. The app does not connect to any server.
Permissions and why
| Permission | Reason |
|---|---|
| Notifications | Show the alarm |
| Exact alarms | Ring at the exact time |
| Full screen on the lock screen | Open the alarm screen while the phone is locked |
| Run at start-up | Set alarms again after the phone restarts |
| Battery setting (optional) | Not a permission. Because some phones silence alarms in the background, the app can open your phone's battery settings screen for you |
| Vibration, wake lock | Alarm sound and vibration |
| Foreground service | Keep the alarm sound playing in the background, for at most 10 minutes; then the sound stops and a notification stays |
| Internet | The app has no Internet permission; it cannot connect to any server or send data. |
Medical disclaimer
İlaç Saati is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. Reminders are for information; ask your doctor or pharmacist about decisions on your medicines. Whether the alarm rings depends on your phone's permission and battery settings. For vital medicines, also use a second reminder method.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
